This page outlines our baseline confidentiality commitments for discussions, assessments, proposals, pilots, and full-scale delivery engagements prior to or alongside formal non-disclosure agreements.
Confidential Information includes non-public business, technical, operational, financial, and strategic data disclosed in written, verbal, visual, or electronic form. This includes architecture diagrams, datasets, source code, security designs, customer information, and AI model assets shared for evaluation or execution.
Confidential Information is used solely for the agreed evaluation or service purpose. Access is restricted to authorized personnel with a need to know, and internal controls are applied to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, copying, or distribution.
Information is not considered confidential where it is already publicly available without breach, lawfully obtained from an independent source, independently developed without reference to disclosed materials, or approved for release in writing by the disclosing party.
We apply secure handling practices, including controlled repositories, secure communication channels, role-based access, and retention controls aligned with project and compliance requirements. We expect reciprocal controls from counterparties where mutual confidentiality obligations apply.
Upon request or completion of engagement, confidential materials are returned or securely deleted as contractually required, subject to legal retention obligations. Confidentiality duties survive termination for the period specified in the governing agreement or applicable law.
If disclosure is legally compelled, we will provide prompt notice where lawful and cooperate to narrow scope or seek protective treatment. Disclosure is limited strictly to what is legally required.
