This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs consulting, implementation, subscription, discovery, advisory, automation, AI development, and digital services provided by Metalogix Solutions Private Limited.
For consultation, discovery sessions, assessments, advisory engagements, or prepaid bookings:
a) Clients may request cancellation within 48 hours from successful payment only if:

Refund requests raised after 48 hours may not qualify for refund.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.
For implementation, automation, AI deployment, consulting projects, custom development, dashboards, integrations, managed execution, or retained services:
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing a minimum written notice of thirty (30) calendar days.
Upon termination:
Amounts already paid for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable.
